Brand New iPhones & MacBooks have a 1 year Manufacturer Warranty
Select iPhones have a 2-year warranty. Please refer to the product description
Ex-Uk/Refurbished iPhones & MacBooks have a 3-month warranty. This does not include blown-up or damaged parts by electricity.
No warranty on any parts for refurbished/ex-UK units (e.g keyboard, battery, harddisks, speakers) after 1 month
Warranted Battery life for ex-UK MacBooks is 1 and a half hours, however, this may be longer depending on the laptop type and usage
The warranty doesn't cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized repair, or natural disaster, and Out the Warranty period
1-day swap for Dead on Arrival (DOA) and 3-day swap for DAP (Dead After Purchase) exclusive of the screen and battery defaults.
Saruk does not guarantee 100% battery health for refurbished/pre-owned iPhones. If the battery health drops below 70% within 30 days, it will be covered and exchanged under warranty.
