Tecno Camon X Pro is powered by a 2.0GHz Octa-core Helio P23​ processor to give smoother experience alongside 4GB of RAM, which for a mobile device is more than enough, it also has a 64GB inbuilt memory storage and expandable up to 128GB using a microSD slot. Camon X runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with HiOS 3.3.

Immersive Display

Most phones have a 16:9 aspect ratio display bordered by significant bezels, the new 18:9 aspect ratio means the phone’s display is slightly longer than usual and this has been achieved by killing the bezels around the phone. Thus, generally, 18:9 displays mean the phone will have a larger display and a smaller body. As Tecno Mobile’s custom, a MediaTek processor was used. The processor used is the MediaTek MT6763 Helio P23 which is designed for midrange devices. The processing speed is clocked at 2.0Ghz and it runs on Octa-core processor. This is a 20% improvement in performance compared to the Camon CX.

Returns:

Orders that do not qualify for a Return can be taken to respective Service Centres as applicable to respective items or as communicated by Saruk for clients within Nairobi.

The following conditions can qualify the customer for a return and full refund

  1. Wrong item is delivered
  2. Item Does not switch on in the case of electronics-maximum 3 days
  3. Item delivered is sent back with the rider with seal intact e.g if order was wrongly placed/ customer changed their mind about the product (i.e instant return)
  4. Warranty Issues

Pre-requisites for a return:

  1. Item remains sealed unless if there was damage during shipment
  2. Product remains un-used
  3. Original packaging is still intact, unless at time of delivery this was not the case
  4. Product label containing description has to be intact unless this is the reason for the return.
  5. General condition of the product is good unless exception in (1) above holds
  6. Package has to be complete as was delivered i.e all accompaniments must be intact
